Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup mayonnaise 

  • 1 Cup parmesan 

  • 1 Cup artichokes, chopped

  • 4 Green onions, chopped 

  • 1/4 Cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Preparation

Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees


  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.


  • Transfer to a baking dish. 


  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden. 


  • Serve along with crackers and or Veggies.
