Cranberry-Orange Herb Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Packages (16 oz.) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 Tsp white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning blend

  • 1 Tbsp orange zest

  • ½ Tsp salt

  • ½ Tsp black pepper

  • ½ Cup dried cranberries

Preparation

  • Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, whip cream cheese, vinegar, Italian seasoning, orange zest, salt and pepper until combined.


  • Turn off mixer and stir in dried cranberries. Top/garnish dip with fresh cranberries.


  • Best if made the day before.  (more flavorful)


  • Serve with crackers.
