Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients
6-8 Bacon slices (cooked and crumbled)
2 Packages (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 Cup mayonnaise
4-6 Jalapeños, chopped and deseeded*
1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
½ Cup mozzarella, shredded
¼ Cup green onion, diced
1 Cup Ritz crackers, crushed
¼ Cup butter, melted
Preparation
Prep: Preheat oven to 350.
Cook bacon and crumble, then set aside.
Combine all but the crackers and butter in a medium sized bowl and stir well. Transfer to a oven proof dish.
Combine crackers and butter and spread on top of the dip. Bake 20-30 minutes.
(if in a smaller baking dish, it might require a longer baking time because of the thickness of the dip).
Serve hot.
*If you don’t remove the seeds from the jalapeños, the dip will be fiery hot.
