Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Bacon slices (cooked and crumbled)

  • 2 Packages (16 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 Cup mayonnaise

  • 4-6 Jalapeños, chopped and deseeded*

  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • ½ Cup mozzarella, shredded

  • ¼ Cup green onion, diced

  • 1 Cup Ritz crackers, crushed

  • ¼ Cup butter, melted

Preparation

Prep: Preheat oven to 350. 

Cook bacon and crumble, then set aside.


  • Combine all but  the crackers and butter in a medium sized bowl and stir well. Transfer to a oven proof dish.


  • Combine crackers and butter and spread on top of the dip. Bake 20-30 minutes.


  • (if in a smaller baking dish, it might require a longer baking time because of the thickness of the dip).


  • Serve hot.


  • *If you don’t remove the seeds from the jalapeños, the dip will be fiery hot.
