Buffalo Chicken Topper

Ingredients
1 Lb. Chicken breast or tenders
Olive Oil and salt
1/2 Cup Celery, diced
1/2 Cup Blue Chees, crumbled
2 Tbsp. Chives, chopped
1/4 Cup Hot sauce
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 Tbsp, Honey
Bruschetta of choice
Preparation
Prep: Oil and season chicken then cook in preferred method until done.
Chop or shred cooked chicken into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine celery, blue cheese, chives and chicken.
In another bowl, whisk together hot sauce, butter and honey; then toss it in with your chicken mixture.
Served on Bruschetta bread slices.
