Buffalo Chicken Topper

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Chicken breast or tenders

  • Olive Oil and salt

  • 1/2 Cup Celery, diced

  • 1/2 Cup Blue Chees, crumbled

  • 2 Tbsp. Chives, chopped

  • 1/4 Cup Hot sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted

  • 1 Tbsp, Honey

  • Bruschetta of choice

Preparation

Prep: Oil and season chicken then  cook in preferred method until done.


  • Chop or shred cooked chicken into small pieces. 


  • In a bowl, combine celery, blue cheese, chives and chicken. 


  • In another bowl, whisk together hot sauce, butter and honey; then toss it in with your chicken mixture. 


  • Served on Bruschetta bread slices.
