Fancy Ham & Cheese Roll-ups

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Pillsbury pizza crust

  • 3/4 Lb.  Ham, sliced thin

  • 12 Swiss cheese slices

  • 1/2 Cup Butter

  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds

Preparation


Prep: Preheat oven to 350. Take out cheese slices to get to room temperature. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. 


  • Unroll pizza dough onto a cutting board and press into 13x18 rectangle. Top with ham and room temperature cheese slices. 


  • Starting on the longer side of the rectangle, roll up the edges tightly. When you reach the end, pinch the seam together and flip over so the seam is facing down. Cut into 12 slices and arrange into baking dish. 


  • In a bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and poppy seeds in a sauce pan over medium heat. Whisk until butter is melted and glaze is smooth and combined. Pour evenly over rolls. 


  • Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until golden brown. 


  • At the end of step 3 you can cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before cooking.
