Pull-Apart Pizza Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Biscuit dough

  • 1  8oz Package of pepperoni

  • 2 Cups Mozzarella, shredded

  • 1 Cup Parmesan, shredded

  • 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced

  • 1/3 Cup Olive oil

  • Pizza sauce for dipping

Preparation

Prep: Preheat oven to 350. 

  • Cut biscuits into quarters. Cut pepperoni into smaller pieces. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss with oil so it spreads evenly on each piece of dough.


  • Spray bunt pan with cooking spray. Add dough into pan and spread evenly. 


  • Bake for about 30 minutes (or until top is golden, and center is cooked thoroughly) TIP: be sure to check in the middle before you pull it out, if the middle isn't cooked, be sure to leave it in another 5 minutes at a time until it is done. 


  • Flip over on to a plate while it is still hot. Serve with a side of pizza sauce.
